I have had this roadmaster for the last 5 years. I bought it from a dealer in Florida as a rust free car, but the roof had rust at the soft top (see pictures) and the trim at the edge of the trunk also has some paint bubbling. I intended to remove the soft top and make the car a hard top, but never got around to doing it.When I got the car the sun roof was not working (broken rails) so it has been replaced with a new one, I recently replaced both front and rear shocks and the rear shocks are the factory air adjustable. The air pump still goes off once in a while so there must be a leak at one of the hose joints.The exhaust system has recently been replaced. The water pump was replaced ~1 year ago along with the battery.All 4 of the tires need to be replaced, they are checkered an crackingThe body is in pretty good shape there is some rust below the hinges on both front doors.There are small door-dings on the sides. I had a small tree branch fall on the car and there are some small dents on the hood and trunk as a result.Electronically most everything works. The CD/tape/Radio is convinced that there is a tape in it and occasionally the radio system will try to eject it (after 5 or 6 tries it then stops and system work fine). The twilight sensor will turn on the headlights, but not the dash so the manual switch needs to be turned on. The driver seat heater pad does not work (passenger side does). She needs some loving but with only 105k on the ticker she has a lot of life left for the right buyer. NO body rust that I see. If You are looking at this car you know the quality that is put into these and how long they lasted some of these cars are gone for 400 - 500000 miles when well taken care of. This is an all original early year be b-body Buick Wagon. The original SUV. The good.. .Starts on first kick, just put a new battery and fuel pump in. Runs like a champ. Only had a few thousand miles in each of last 5 or so years. All the Seats are in very good condition. No tears rear facing seat had only seen light a handful of times at the drive-in it looks brand new. The body is in pretty good condition for its age.....minus the faded n missing woodgrain.She drives like a cloud of air floating down the road. Total blast. The bad... Missouri inspection guy says needs exhaust replacement to pass in MO. Your state may be different. The door panels, dash and woodgrain sides needs repair or replacement. It has a phantom power drain that if left unattended for 2 or 3 days will drain the battery. I currently leave the negative disconnected unless driving daily. Needs a good bath inside and out. Otherwise has been and will continue to be a solid car... would drive daily or take on vacation in a heartbeat if needed. Would be a great spring project to get cleaned up for a fun car show season or convert to a tiny house / camper van .... easily fit a Twin bed and other camping needs with all them seats down. CarFax also shows routine service and maintenance history for the vehicle. This particular example was always garage kept, never wrecked, and has no modifications or additions. What you see is what you get: a fully loaded untainted low mile classic American super sedan. This vehicle does not bare any damage of rust. It's SoCal Car 100% rust free. Owned and maintained by mature drivers as and meticulously maintained and serviced. The 1993 Buick Roadmaster Limited factory options include: storage armrest with dual cupholders, exterior 'limited' badging, leather wrapped steering wheel, automatic power door locks, 5.7 L V8 (same as Corvette!) engine, power steering, heavy duty suspension, power anti-lock brakes, drivers and passengers airbags, solar-ray tinted glass, AM/FM radio/cassette with 'Concert Sound' speakers, security package with audible theft deterrent system, illuminated front and rear mirrors, electronic climate control, automatic power door locks, security locks, tilt wheel, 15" aluminum wheels, automatic antenna, electronic cruise control, rear window defogger, dual stainless steel exhaust and woodgrain! This vehicle has every single one of these options. All of the interior clusters, gauges, radio, power window, door locks, etc are in terrific working condition. The interior of this car is jaw dropping and bares little easy to handle blemishes! That's right, aside 4 minor flaws the interior is literally near perfect. 2 of the 3 imperfections are a small and nearly blind to the eye, it's a small scuff on the drivers side seat and a small cut in the middle of the bench seat ($20 patch up). The third blemish is my bonehead mistake. I broke the lock to the glove box. It closes, and locks, the knob snapped off, it's an easy find and fix. The 4th blemish is a normal one, the steering wheel has a light discoloring due the cleaning agents used back then to keep the car clean. I am told it happens over time. It's nothing a steering wheel cover won't fix! I didn't apply one because I didn't want the next owner to feel misled. I prefer you know all the good and the bad because it's your right as a buyer. The photos of all damages are listed. They're the final photos. You won't find a cleaner interior on anything listed for sale, I promise you that and if you do the price will be at best $9,000-$12,000.00. The exterior is original factory 'Bright White' color paint is in excellent condition with only 3 very minor imperfections, there's a small spot on the roof where there's a paint blemish (easy fix and depicted). There's a very small ding like dent on the very front of the hood (easy fix and depicted). The chrome trim is missing on the rear right passenger side door (easy find and fix). That's basically the only imperfections you're looking at. You're lucking out with the paint job because it's truly always been garage kept so there's no nightmare discoloring and fading etc. This car is literally 98% showroom condition. Again you won't find one this clean with this low of miles at this price. Don't miss out. You'll be kicking yourself. The AC/heat electronic gauge clusters work perfectly. The only thing you might want to do is give the AC a reacharge it blows cold just not ice cold another minor TLC fix. The engine runs STRONG seeing it's a 5.7l Corvette V8 engine with a super low miles and guess what? It also achieves 28mpg on the highway! What a monster! The transmission shifts smooth, the tires and brakes are all around brand new. This baby needs nothing and is ready to be added to your garage! The title is clean and clear. The history is flawless. You can literally fly into LAX and drive this car home, wherever home may be. She's ready to roll. This is one very unique and ridiculously spacious and comfortable car with no rivals in it's class - the real deal for a grand touring or long distance cruising sedan for ultimate luxury and comfort and a car which was always well maintained and serviced, with only 45K original miles since new. Sold as is, where is. Buyer arranges and pays for inspection, pickup and/or shipping. I am not a dealer so I do not have any recommendations for choosing a carrier. $500 Deposit due 24 hours after auction end.
